Hi, I'm Kathy Frye. I am a freelance web designer and web developer with a passion for creating stunning websites and applications. I am a recent graduate of the University of Maryland Global Campus with a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media and Web Technology (May 2020). The areas of focus I chose for my degree were web design and web development.

I am also the owner and sole proprietor of Four Oaks Design, a full-service web design company. Current and ongoing projects for Four Oaks Design include: managing client websites, designing and writing newsletters, content development with a focus on UX writing, designing and creating CMS web pages for individuals and small groups, providing social media responses, working as a liaison between clients and web developers in the areas of website design, alerts system, and technical issues.
